Mike contacted me about 3 minutes after and was at my apartment in about 15 minutes. Within minutes I was inside my apartment with my locks changed. The price was a little more expensive than I had hoped but the service was perfect and friendly and fast which is what I needed at 8 pm on a Sunday night. I would definitely recommend Mike. Pat was great. Needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken and he did try to fix it but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue which custom and not readily available but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. Very happy with the service.
