Cannot fault the service, wish I could spend it one a nice meal instead

4am, the locksmith just left, what a night, thanks for coming out so early and charging a fair price for opening the door.

Fast, friendly, and reliable service from an expert locksmith. Daniel was very flexible with scheduling us. He was prompt showing up and changing all the locks around the house in under one hour.

I needed an emergency repair and on contacting this company they could not do any more to help. Rapid response and excellent customer care by the locksmith. I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family!

Turned up when they said they would. The locksmith worked hard to resolve my problem in freezing conditions. He was friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing and why. Well, pleased.

Very efficient both when making the first call and when Pat called to confirm the address and the precise time. Arrived at the exact time spent more time than expected and never tried to overcharge for that. I wish there were more companies that are as customer-focused and honest as this!

David arrived quickly and solved my problem. He changed my locker to a locker and came back again later in the day to make some other changes as I had requested. Excellent customer service!

He didn't arrive within 20 minutes as advertised but it was rush hour. Got us in our house and was not as expensive as other companies. Would use them again but hopefully not too soon.
