After being unsure what parts I would need I contacted them and was given good advice and recommended the best parts required for the project I wanted to undertake. They were very polite and friendly with no pressure to purchase. Highly recommended!

I called two other locksmith who refuse to come out so early in the morning without charging for out of hours fee. The locksmith arrived quickly and opened fire door fast.

Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Mat checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me better security. He showed me how easily simple locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and he tidied up any mess before leaving. The person to fix the lock came over really fast, about 10-15 min and as it turned out it was a very difficult lock to break, however, it didn't take that long. The guy did a very good job and was really nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic service. Booked on a Sunday night and done the next morning. Mike was great, and quick to explain options and the job was done to a high standard in a short time.
