excellent all-around service. The front door lock failed, forcing us to get it repaired. Pat arrived within 30 minutes. He replaced the lock from stock in his van, with no damage and cleaned up afterwards. very reasonable cost as well.

Had an anti-snap handle and lock fitted to our back door, very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Will be using it again very soon to swap another. He didn't arrive within 20 minutes as advertised but it was rush hour. Got us in our house and was not as expensive as other companies. Would use them again but hopefully not too soon.
