Cliffe was extremely helpful, he managed to unseize the door for us so we could use it. He then came back promptly the next day with the replacement part. He explained the whole process to us and I cannot recommend him enough.

Called Alan late at night, when our front door lock was stuck, he was so efficient and great communicating coming from one job to another, couldn’t of asked for anyone better would highly recommend to anyone!

Once opened, he replaced the lock and did not leave until he and we were satisfied with his workmanship, which was excellent and everything was working as it should

My request was answered swiftly although I had to wait for over an hour for the locksmith. A necessary new part was ordered and fitted within a week. I was very satisfied with the service I was given.
