After losing my bag and door key yesterday, I realised I had to change the locks on my door. The locksmith sent out a lovely guy called Dani to help/assist me who was brilliant. I later found my bag/door key and I was only charged a cancellation fee at the end of the day. Thank you Dani for all your help yesterday!

We called out a locksmith after a burglary. He arrived quickly and despite the understandable stress we were under, was very calm and professional and fitted a new lock very quickly. Not only that, they refitted a different lock free of charge later the very same day when we changed our mind as to the lock we wanted.
