The person to fix the lock came over really fast, about 10-15 min and as it turned out it was a very difficult lock to break, however, it didn't take that long. The guy did a very good job and was really nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

He showed me how easily simple locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and he tidied up any mess before leaving.
