Turned up when they said they would. The locksmith worked hard to resolve my problem in freezing conditions. He was friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing and why. Well, pleased.

Very efficient both when making the first call and when Pat called to confirm the address and the precise time. Arrived at the exact time spent more time than expected and never tried to overcharge for that. I wish there were more companies that are as customer-focused and honest as this!

David arrived quickly and solved my problem. He changed my locker to a locker and came back again later in the day to make some other changes as I had requested. Excellent customer service!

He didn't arrive within 20 minutes as advertised but it was rush hour. Got us in our house and was not as expensive as other companies. Would use them again but hopefully not too soon.

I just want thank again to Dean, one of their locksmiths! He succeded in rescuing me so quickly! I've lost my keys today and I was lucky enough to call this company. 10 minutes after my call the locksmith was at my door!! in only 10 minutes! Also, I was very sick and worried that I would wait outside in the cold for a very long time but Dean was able to drill my door in 4 minutes and that was it! So happy with their service, truly recommend it!
