I had a problem with my lock. The key wouldn’t open the door and called this company to assist. The telephone operator was friendly and arranged for the locksmith to make contact. Mike contacted me about 3 minutes after and was at my apartment in about 15 minutes. Within minutes I was inside my apartment with my locks changed. The price was a little more expensive than I had hoped but the service was perfect and friendly and fast which is what I needed at 8 pm on a Sunday night. I would definitely recommend Mike. I just want thank again to Dean, one of their locksmiths! He succeded in rescuing me so quickly! I've lost my keys today and I was lucky enough to call this company. 10 minutes after my call the locksmith was at my door!! in only 10 minutes! Also, I was very sick and worried that I would wait outside in the cold for a very long time but Dean was able to drill my door in 4 minutes and that was it! So happy with their service, truly recommend it!

Pat was great. I needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken, and he did try to fix it, but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue that was custom and not readily available, but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. I was very happy with the service.

Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Richard checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me a more secure home. He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Matt tidied up any mess before leaving.
