The locksmith arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He was familiar with the high-security lock which needed to he drilled through and a new one fitted. He explained the costs to me in advance so there were no nasty surprises and made a stressful situation much less stressful.

The front door lock stopped working with a key stuck in it. The locksmith arrived promptly, took it apart and got the key out. He couldn’t see any other issues but as we’ve been having trouble with the lock for a couple of weeks we asked the locksmith to replace the lock. This was done quickly and we were given 3 keys as well as a year's guarantee. Very satisfied with the service and work completed, very polite gentleman, would cheerfully recommend it.
