Absolute panic late on a Friday, lock was completely seized. The locksmith took around 40min to arrive. The guy was polite and very informative explaining the problem and amazingly had a replacement part in his car. Incredible service and understanding.

9pm and we arrived to find that our back door was forced in. Pat arrived within 30 mins and secured the door for the night and although he wasn’t unable to complete the job (We need a new door) he promised to return in the morning to fit a new door and better locks and hinges too. I hope the insurance will take care of it. Breaking into someone’s home, how low can you go?
