Had the misfortune of a damaged Yale lock on the AirBnB late on Saturday night with tenants stuck outside. Called Alistair and he was able to come out and assist. After booking someone from Checkatrade, I got a phone call saying they can't come out on Monday but can on Friday. So I phoned around. Not only did you come out within the hour, and the service was friendly, did the job quickly and was way cheaper than the people I originally booked. 10 out 10 all round.
