Can fault the service although we had to wait for an hour for the locksmith

Good service although the guy was slightly late.

We called out a locksmith after a burglary. He arrived quickly and despite the understandable stress we were under, was very calm and professional and fitted a new lock very quickly. Not only that, they refitted a different lock free of charge later the very same day when we changed our mind as to the lock we wanted.

Changed the locks and upgraded the intercom, looking good.

Thank you Pat for today turning up within the hour. Very polite and tidy work. He explained what was needed in easy terms. In a word he is Fabulous !!

Dean arrived promptly. He tried his best to open our door without breaking the lock, but unfortunately this was not possible due to the design of our door. He had to break the cylinder and replace it.
