Got locked out of my room in the flat, locksmith arrived promptly within 15 minutes and was very professional & effective at opening the door. The lock on my door was also a very tough one to open but the locksmith had all the tools at the ready to open it & replace the lock entirely for a reasonable price. Would recommend!

The work was okay but I wasn’t happy having to wait for the locksmith outside my for 20 minutes past the original appointment.

Pat was great, he tried every possible way to not damage the door and not need to drill and replace the lock which would have been double the cost. Highly recommended.

Although there was quite a delay in the locksmith's arrival, still it’s early Sunday morning and he did a good job when he got here. The door works brilliantly now.
