Relatively quick response, knew what he was doing and kept it simple effective. Polite and mindful of being on someone else's property.

To my embarrassment, I don't remember the locksmiths name but wan thank him! I wrting this review to express how good of service he provided. He called beforehand to make sure I still needed the appointment, he arrived on time (30 mins as stated). He was polite and courteous and explained everything that he was doing to gain entry into my property.

Very quick answering the phone and booking there service. Turned up in less than an hour and got us in the house within 5 min.

Needed urgent locksmtih to open the door, as our son was locked inside with the key. Your locksmith arrvied within 15 minutes and managed to open the door quick and without damage to the lock. Great service!!
