Locksmith Mortlake

A strange experience, at odds with other reviews. Phoned to get a bike lock removed because the key was lost. Arranged to meet , waited half an hour, phoned and arranged a new time for one hour later. Finally arrived after another 15 minutes. Originally quoted £85 + VAT. Was asked for £120 cash. Why had it gone up? Callout charge. Paid up because I did not want to go through it all again, but hardly matches the statements on the web site.
