relatively quick, locksmith arrived, knew what he was doing and kept it simple and was effective. Polite and mindful of being on someone else's property.

Very efficient and quick sorted out the problem. Did think £72 inc vat was a bit pricey for the time it took. However, excellent service and still use them again when needed.

A strange experience, at odds with other reviews. Phoned to get a bike lock removed because the key was lost. Arranged to meet , waited half an hour, phoned and arranged a new time for one hour later. Finally arrived after another 15 minutes. Originally quoted £85 + VAT. Was asked for £120 cash. Why had it gone up? Callout charge. Paid up because I did not want to go through it all again, but hardly matches the statements on the web site.
