the locksmith, arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He was polite and drilled out my lock and expertly opened the lock within a few minutes.

I was late for my exams and my door got stuck exactly when I wanted to leave my place. I got myself locked in but your locksmith has managed to come over and repair my lock in no more than 15 minutes

I locked myself out of my flat. The Locksmith arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He was very friendly and helpful. Within a couple of minutes, he got me back into my flat without any damage to my front door. I was very impressed. Also, he gave me some very useful security advice.
