A little late, the work was done a week ago but I'm very grateful to the way Pat handled my elderly mother. Polite and honest.

Pat is a great locksmith! I got myself locked out two nights ago and michael was able to come over and replace my lock at a very reasonable price. He even explained to me why my mechanism was not working and now my door is working so well!

It was hard to get a booking and there was a little miscommunication. However, it was handled well once highlighted. The actual work was great.

Came out within the hour and although I had to order the part. The door lock was fixed that night. The price was as quoted when 1st called.

We called out a locksmith after a burglary. He arrived quickly and despite the understandable stress we were under, was very calm and professional and fitted a new lock very quickly. Not only that, they refitted a different lock free of charge later the very same day when we changed our mind as to the lock we wanted.
