Pat was great. Needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken and he did try to fix it but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue which custom and not readily available but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. Very happy with the service.

He didn’t waste any time and explained everything to me in detail, he even offered to give me a life to the nearest key-cutting shop to cut some keys as I would have needed more for the new lock.
