I locked myself out this morning, Pat took less than 30min to arrive and within minutes I was back indoors. Gave me very important advice regarding my front door, only one lock was properly locking while the other was not installed properly. Scary, I lived last that for a while. Much appreciated the service and the advice, very professional and clean job too.

He was very nice professional and patient with the landlord. He came quickly and when he left he had everything clean and organised. He gave us a professional view and advice.

David arrived quickly and solved my problem. He changed my locker to a locker and came back again later in the day to make some other changes as I had requested. Excellent customer service!

Very efficient both when making the first call and when Pat called to confirm the address and the precise time. Arrived at the exact time spent more time than expected and never tried to overcharge for that. I wish there were more companies that are as customer-focused and honest as this!

The locksmith was half hour late

Came out within the hour and although had to order the part. The door lock was fixed that night. The price was as quoted when 1st called.
