Dean arrived within 35 minutes of our call and very efficiently got us into our house and replaced the lock within 15 minutes. He was very friendly and even made us laugh, at what had been quite a stressful time.

Gave me very important advice regarding my front door, only one lock was properly locking while the other was not installed properly. Scary, I lived last that for a while.
