He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Richard tidied up any mess before leaving. I got locked out of my apartment Saturday evening and called for help. The locksmith said it would cost between £59 and £89 plus VAT. The locksmith came right on time. It took him around 5 minutes to get the door open without damaging my lock or door. In the end, I paid £69 plus VAT, a bit expensive but very quick and professional service, exactly what I needed at that time!
