arriving within 30 minutes of my call and replacing the lock within the hour after trying to fix the current one which seem to fail - to be fair it was a very old lock. He was professional and friendly, and explained the process throughout, keeping things very clear.

Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Mat checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me better security. He showed me how easily simple locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and he tidied up any mess before leaving. I definitely recommend this service.
