To my embarrassment, I don't remember the locksmiths name but wan thank him! I wrting this review to express how good of service he provided. He called beforehand to make sure I still needed the appointment, he arrived on time (30 mins as stated). He was polite and courteous and explained everything that he was doing to gain entry into my property.
