I gave 4 stars simply for not being clear with quote as they didn't mention the VAT on top of the 49 pounds. Still the service was excellent, quick to respond and the locksmith fixed the lock issues within minutes of his arrival. Thanks for good service.

The work done was very good but I wasn’t happy he was late for his appointment. I gave 4 stars for that reason, otherwise I would give even 10 stars.

Dan was great and turned up within an hour, he was very personable and professional.

I called to explain the issue we had and their locksmith arrived in less than 30 minutes to fix the locks, he was was very professional and carried the work quickly and did a great job.

David arrived quickly and solved my problem. He changed my locker to a locker and came back again later in the day to make some other changes as I had requested. Excellent customer service!
