Very quick to come out and quote for the required work. The price was similar to that quoted by other companies. I was happy with the recommendations made by David who completed the work the same day. Very pleased with the result.

He didn't arrive within 20 minutes as advertised but it was rush hour. Got us in our house and was not as expensive as other companies. Would use them again but hopefully not too soon.

After being unsure what parts I would need I contacted them and was given good advice and recommended the best parts required for the project I wanted to undertake. They were very polite and friendly with no pressure to purchase. Highly recommended!

Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Richard checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me a more secure home. He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Richard tidied up any mess before leaving. Extremely happy with the service the guy that came to fit my new lock on my back door went above and beyond. He even had a look at my front door as I'd been having issues with the lock and he made the door easier to use but did also advise that it really did need replacing which is what I thought.

Had an anti-snap handle and lock fitted to our back door, very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Will be using it again very soon to swap another. Very friendly to deal with via messenger, even after a slight booking issue they still came on the same agreed date which shows they go above and beyond to keep you safe 100% recommended.

Can't comment on the price because I didn't bother to ring anyone else, was locked out of the house after midnight, and was told there would be someone with me in 25-30 mins, very courteous and helpful

This locksmith should be on everyone's contact list. I called them on Saturday morning and they arrived within 1 hour to replace 2 office locks. No drama and charged exactly what they quoted me over the phone. 5 star service.
