Pat was great. I needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken, and he did try to fix it, but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue that was custom and not readily available, but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. I was very happy with the service.

I locked myself out and had to call Matt. He was there in 20 minutes, did a thorough job and was gone within an hour. I withheld a star because I had to clean up after him. Still, I would highly recommend him.

Dean was great & went out of his way to be available when needed. Did a good job on my post box & balcony door when the keys were misplaced. Don't hesitate to call him for help.
