The office were a little strange in book the service calls though. They did keep calling and switching the times. It was OK because I was waiting on deliveries but if not would have been annoying. This had nothing to do with the Mat, the service person that came.

Michael came to the call. He was very polite and explained every step of the way on the test he was conducting. Put everything back in place and explained the charges.

Alex was punctual, professional & carried out a very good job on the electrics. Restored service and left the property neat and tidy.
