Dean arrived promptly. He tried his best to open our door without breaking the lock, but unfortunately this was not possible due to the design of our door. He had to break the cylinder and replace it.

I got locked out of my apartment Saturday evening and called for help. The locksmith said it would cost between £59 and £89 plus VAT. The locksmith came right on time.
