I wasn't happy to pay an extra £10 for higher security lock but the work was good.

The locksmith was asked to help my elderly mother who needed to change a lock in the backdoor. Although I only spoke to Pat on the phone, he was very helpful and my mum was happy with the outcome, I would like to recommend him.

The locksmith arrived within 30mins of making the call and had me back in my apartment within 5 more. Great service.

Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Mat checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me better security. He showed me how easily simple locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and he tidied up any mess before leaving.
