I just want thank again to Dean, one of their locksmiths! He succeded in rescuing me so quickly! I've lost my keys today and I was lucky enough to call this company. 10 minutes after my call the locksmith was at my door!! in only 10 minutes! Also, I was very sick and worried that I would wait outside in the cold for a very long time but Dean was able to drill my door in 4 minutes and that was it! So happy with their service, truly recommend it!

Pat was great. I needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken, and he did try to fix it, but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue that was custom and not readily available, but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day.
