I had a problem with my lock. The key wouldn’t open the door and called this company to assist. The telephone operator was friendly and arranged for the locksmith to make contact. Mike contacted me about 3 minutes after and was at my apartment in about 15 minutes. Within minutes I was inside my apartment with my locks changed. The price was a little more expensive than I had hoped but the service was perfect and friendly and fast which is what I needed at 8 pm on a Sunday night. I would definitely recommend Mike. Can fault the service although we had to wait for an hour for the locksmith

Dean is very fast, efficient and helpful. He was there extremely quickly, got all of his tools out, introduced himself and got straight to work. He didn’t waste any time and explained everything to me in detail, he even offered to give me a life to the nearest key-cutting shop to cut some keys as I would have needed more for the new lock. He’s a credit to the team and I will be recommending him should anyone need a locksmith.
