TR Plumbers always come in an emergency and are honest about the work they do and keep you informed as to what they are doing regards the job. Josh was very good and they are recommended.

We needed a drainage expert on a Bank Holiday. Trever came and provided excellent service + solved the problem quickly, plus gave us advice on preventing the problem re-occurring. As usual with TR plumbing, very satisfied.

The customer service was excellent. It has been such a relief to deal with plumbers/engineers who listen and communicate and follow up. Mick has been great - thank you!

The bill was high. However we want to commend Michael who is an excellent operational engineer. He and Dean did a very good job. I particularly wasn’t to commend Michael for the excellent way he explained everything to us and being so considerate in dealing with us and the stress we were under.

Michael was great, came and diagnosed the issue and recommended a solution. He was knowledgeable and informed me of the options to solve the problem efficiently.

Michael was very helpful in explaining to us the whole process. He did the job perfectly and we can't thank him enough.

Excellent customer service! Called with a plumbing problem at 7:30am and had the issue resolved by 10:30am. Excellent communication throughout and cheerful engineer was brilliant. Would not hesitate to use them again.

From making the appointment to being advised on the morning that the engineer would arrive in an hour to service the boiler and issue a Landlords' Safety Certificate after testing, all went well. Thank you TR for your excellent and professional service. One would recommend them highly.
