POD Plumbing

My old house has had a number of plumbing problems (unfortunately) over the years. Have always found TR Plumbing to be prompt and professional. Trever and Michael did some recent radiator refit work, and provided really excellent service. Highly recommended.

Around 11pm last night I was ringing round for an emergency plumber without any success. I rang TR Plumbing on the off chance that they work late and Stephano who answered the phone said they did. An appointment was booked for this morning and at 8am Trever arrived on my doorstep, within half an hour, my toilet was fixed. What amazing service and lovely people. Stefano was kind and understanding and Jack was polite, professional and respected me and my property. I will certainly keep TR Plumbers at the top of my go to list. Thank you so much.

Very prompt call out followed by fitting a new boiler the next day. Knowledgeable engineers who got on with the job and finished it in the same day. Such a contrast to my previous boiler engineers.

Timely. Good explanation of what the problem was and things I should keep an eye on.

Great service. Trev was professional, friendly and made us laugh. He reassured us that the blockage could be fixed without dismantling the bath (which others had said was necessary) which was such a relief. Highly recommend.

Fixed a leak under the sink in less than 15 minutes with no extra parts, even though a different plumbing company had diagnosed the same issue the night before and advised the whole pipe be replaced for £355!

TR did a great job installing a new Vaillant boiler. They acted with professionalism and politeness. They were able to conclude the installation successfully in one day as promised. I am a happy customer.

Rapid response time. Intelligent, pleasant workman (plumber). Good workmanship. I felt safe having this person in my home.

First time using. They are a little expensive but you get what you pay for. Plumber was on time identified problem really quickly and got to work with no mess at all. Would definitely recommend and will have them back to service my boiler.
