Hi I had a blocked kitchen sink today. I had tried everything myself to remedy it, but nothing worked, and needed it fixed ASAP. I had heard so many great things about the plumbers, so I decided to give them a ring. The phone operative was very courteous and kind, and explained in detail everything that would occur, which was very helpful. I received a second courtesy call, updating me that the operative was on his way. He was very pleasant and efficient and thankfully helped me fix the blockage! Really impressed. TR Plumbing sent out Michael to help investigate a leak that has been ongoing for over a week in two apartments. We had several other professionals come but with no resolution. Michael was able to find the issue within 3 hours of attending the building, and was then working with our property manager contractors to help solve. He really was fantastic, can't praise his professionalism enough. If I have any issues in the future I will call them and request michael specifically. Thanks again!

Having moved into a flat in a new area we didn't know any local plumbers so we chose TR. Matt was punctual and professional. In under 3 hours he repaired a leak from the cistern of our WC, removed and replaced toilet seats whose fixings were corroded and seized up from 2 bathrooms, and installed a replacement kitchen mixer tap with new isolation valves. I highly recommend his workmanship.

TR Plumbers have carried out a few different jobs for me. I found both workmen to be highly professional, polite and knowledgeable. They explained the work that needed to be done thoroughly and presented me with options. Work was done to a high standard and good-quality materials used. They also left the area clean and tidy.

I have been having issues in my flat with gurgling noises and foul odors coming from our kitchen sink. I had paid for various plumbers to come and get to the bottom of the issue but they all said that the sink was draining fine and they could not identify the issue. I then decided to call a drainage specialist (Lucas) from TR. Booking the slot was easy and convenient and when he arrived the next day he came prepared with all the gear necessary to get to the bottom of our issue. I was informed that our issue was actually a common issue for the building and that I would be able to get a report at the end of the visit to take to our building manager, as it is their responsibility to fix and maintain such problems.
