Cliffe was extremely helpful, he managed to unseize the door for us so we could use it. He then came back promptly the next day with the replacement part. He explained the whole process to us and I cannot recommend him enough.

We had 2 locks which needed repair and Simon repaired them both quickly and efficiently. He made sure we knew how to operate them properly as we are elderly. He was friendly and helpful and we were delighted.

Called Alan late at night, when our front door lock was stuck, he was so efficient and great communicating coming from one job to another, couldn’t of asked for anyone better would highly recommend to anyone!

Had the misfortune of a damaged Yale lock on the AirBnB late on Saturday night with tenants stuck outside. Called Alistair and he was able to come out and assist. He was with us within twenty minutes and began investigating possible solutions. Lock drilled out and new lock fitted efficiently and with no mess.
