We got back from holiday last night to find the door kicked in and the house in a mess, the locksmith was very understanding and came back today to secure a new door.

Came out within the hour and although had to order the part. The door lock was fixed that night. The price was as quoted when 1st called.

This locksmith should be on everyone's contact list. I called them on Saturday morning and they arrived within 1 hour to replace 2 office locks. No drama and charged exactly what they quoted me over the phone. 5 star service.

Also, I was very sick and worried that I would wait outside in the cold for a very long time but Dean was able to drill my door in 4 minutes and that was it! Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Richard checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me a more secure home. He showed me how easily Yale locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and Richard tidied up any mess before leaving.
