Premier Lock mobile Service

I left the house and no sooner than I reached my car and realised that the door keys were inside the house. Also, the car key was inside...I was so angry...at myself of course. I called the locksmith and asked him to come asap. He arrived quickly and assured me that this happens to many people. He opened the door quickly and I was able to get the key.

great service and very polite engineer and call handler called at 7,30 pm and they said they would be an hour and there at 8.30, all resolved by 8.45

Better than expected but I resent paying for losing my keys

Prebooked to replace door locks in two flats I’m renting out, the company arranged for a locksmith to do both flats at a very competitive price, which is well recommended.

Prompt service the locksmith explained everything that he was doing first.

I wasn't happy that the locksmith couldn't use the old lock

Thank you for speedy response and prompt arrival

Terry has been fantastic, went out of his way to arrange an emergency appointment and has carried out the work with professional standards. Communication was excellent, thank you

Locksmith just left, very pleased

It's amezing work, the backdoor is looking again and no need to block it again.
