Very tidy, very professional and good work attitude. He explained how to use the alarm, made sure I understood how to use the alarm and answered all questions. Very knowledgeable, did the work on a Saturday which was very convenient for me, and left after 6 pm. Cannot fault John at all, highly recommend using this individual and 100% satisfaction. Leaving work I realised that my keys to my flat are gone and booked a Locksmith for 8 pm. John came on time and he was absolutely lovely and got the job done in no time. He even advised me with tips in regard to security
