Pat was great. Needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken and he did try to fix it but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue which custom and not readily available but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. Very happy with the service.

Michael arrived very fast and placed the window locks. He was very efficient. I would really recommend this company for its high quality of service and their prompt answer to their Clients' requests.

great service and very polite engineer and call handler, called at 7,30 pm and they said they would be an hour and there at 8.30, all resolved by 8.45
