I locked myself out of my flat. Pat who arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He was very friendly and helpful. Within a couple of minutes, he got me back into my flat without any damage to my front door.

Arrived quickly and we got back inside within minutes, lost my keys ona nightout.

He turned up at about the same time that he had promised and opened the lock in 10 seconds. Charged me the exact amount that he had quoted me over the phone and mentioned that the company accepts online payments only. Sent me the invoice and the final receipt over email within seconds. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

I wasn't happy that the locksmith couldn't use the old lock
