Cliffe was extremely helpful, he managed to unseize the door for us so we could use it. He then came back promptly the next day with the replacement part. He explained the whole process to us and I cannot recommend him enough.

My request was answered swiftly although I had to wait for over an hour for the locksmith. A necessary new part was ordered and fitted within a week. I was very satisfied with the service I was given.

We received a very friendly and informative service from Willy, thank you. He arrived at the exact time and date agreed. We are extremely happy with the workmanship.
