I was very happy with the service. When my blocked kitchen sink overflowed. Sam arrived within the given time slot and unblocked using special instruments in no time. He was courteous, friendly and also gave helpful advice.

Quickly diagnosed the problem using the smoke test. Kept informed of arrival time etc. only problem was Sam did not put my washing machine back into its normal position having pulled it out as part of the investigation. Not a major issue
