This is the second time I use the plumber to get my kitchen drain unclogged and both times they were amazing. The job was complicated the second time and they did it so professionally. Martin and Ezra were fantastic, thank you!

Sep 23, 2026Thames Water advised us that we had a significant leak. We contacted the website and Joe came on day one to see if a leak could be detected There was definitely a leak and on day 2 he was joined by Mario. Between them and with the use of a safe type of gas and a "sniffer" they detected that the leak was under the floor boards in our dining room. The necessary boards were carefully removed and the leak was repaired. It was a real pleasure to have such professional, pleasant and helpful people in our home. We cannot recommend them highly enough

Sep 17, 2026Verified reviewerMike is very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Most importantly he is excellent at his job and spent time explaining what he would be doing and why. He also took the time to explain what we had to do, to ensure that our tiny furry visitors hate the bate and not our food. Thank you very much Mike.
