I locked myself out of my flat. The Locksmith arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He was very friendly and helpful. Within a couple of minutes, he got me back into my flat without any damage to my front door. I was very impressed. Also, he gave me some very useful security advice.

Very efficient both when making the first call and when Pat called to confirm the address and the precise time. I arrived at the exact time, spent more time than expected, and never tried to overcharge for that. I wish there were more companies that were as customer-focused and honest as this!
