Excellent service arrived within an hour of my call. Mat checked my door thoroughly and explained which lock would give me better security. He showed me how easily simple locks can be opened and the need for a good mortice lock for full security. The work was done well and he tidied up any mess before leaving. I definitely recommend this service.

Got locked out of my room in the flat, locksmith arrived promptly within 15 minutes and was very professional & effective at opening the door. The lock on my door was also a very tough one to open but the locksmith had all the tools at the ready to open it & replace the lock entirely for a reasonable price. Would recommend!

Andy came and fixed my door key lock around midnight. Was difficult to find a replacement but he managed to get one, and finally get it done the next day afternoon. He stuck to the price, and was very helpful!

My child was locked inside and he was very sensitive to the situation and tried to make minimal noise so as not to disturb or frighten her.
