He didn't arrive within 20 minutes as advertised but it was rush hour. Got us in our house and was not as expensive as other companies. Would use them again but hopefully not too soon.

I was so worried about being ripped off by a locksmith who might overcharge especially on the weekends! I have a small child and thought we’d have to wait for ages in the cold.... BUT! John was at my house in under 30 mins, was fast and efficient and even helped me to secure the lock without extra charge

excellent all-around service. The front door lock failed, forcing us to get it repaired. Pat arrived within 30 minutes. He replaced the lock from stock in his van, with no damage and cleaned up afterwards. very reasonable cost as well.

Jack arrived in 30 minutes and did a great job. He explained all the facts to me and very kindly agreed to do the same for my estate agents. Would highly recommend it!

Turned up when they said they would. The locksmith worked hard to resolve my problem in cold conditions. He was friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing and why. Well, pleased.

Can't comment on the price because I didn't bother to ring anyone else, was locked out of the house after midnight, and was told there would be someone with me in 25-30 mins, very courteous and helpful

We were advised that it would take up to thirty-five minutes for someone to arrive, and someone was with us a lot sooner! The work was carried out quickly and efficiently in terrible weather.
