John was at my house in under 30 minutes, was fast and efficient and even helped me to secure the lock without extra charge

Pat was great. I needed locks changed after purchasing a house. He arrived very quickly. One of the locks was broken, and he did try to fix it, but it turned out the back door had a mechanism issue that was custom and not readily available, but he was able to source a part that could be installed the next day. In the meantime, he was able to secure the door with a temporary solution. I was very happy with the service.

I had a problem with my lock. The key wouldn’t open the door and called this company to assist. The telephone operator was friendly and arranged for the locksmith to make contact. Mike contacted me about 3 minutes after and was at my apartment in about 15 minutes. Within minutes I was inside my apartment with my locks changed. The price was a little more expensive than I had hoped but the service was perfect and friendly and fast which is what I needed at 8 pm on a Sunday night. I would definitely recommend Mike. Very helpful. Came in 30 minutes on a Sunday morning and fixed my front door quickly as well as installing a bottom lock so that my door was double locked and more secure. Helpful and honest locksmith. Also helped me with a couple of other questions I had regarding my internal doors.
