Outstanding service by this company. I called for an emergency lock change and they got things sorted professionally and on time. Recommend this company to anyone needing lock changes. A local locksmith arrived within 15mins.

Only took the dog out to the garden but immediately realised I had left the snib on the door. I was locked out on a horrible day! Pat was there within 30 mins and got us back in. Great service, quick and cheerful. Definitely recommend.

The front door lock stopped working with a key stuck in it. The locksmith arrived promptly, took it apart and got the key out. He couldn’t see any other issues but as we’ve been having trouble with the lock for a couple of weeks we asked the locksmith to replace the lock. This was done quickly and we were given 3 keys as well as a year's guarantee. Very satisfied with the service and work completed, very polite gentleman, would cheerfully recommend it.

The locksmith arrived on time as promised. He proceeded to rekey 5 locks in a timely fashion. He indicated one lock may require replacement but managed to repair it without further cost.

I cannot fault the service. When I called this morning, within an hour they had arrived at my office! They opened my door with ease and it was a painless process.

Extremely happy with the service the guy that came to fit my new lock on my back door went above and beyond. He even had a look at my front door as I'd been having issues with the lock and he made the door easier to use but did also advise that it really did need replacing which is what I thought.

We came home to find the backdoor forced in, the locksmith arrived very fast and temporarily secured the door. He return today to repair the door and add new locking devices to the frame.

The locksmiths were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I'm impressed with their professionalism and skill in handling my lockout situation. Highly recommended.
