The locksmith came out yesterday to open the door for us on a bank holiday, I called two other companies who couldn’t come in less than 3hrs and the second by night, Pat arrived within an hour and was very polite.

The guy came over fairly quickly, had one look at the door and opened it within five minutes, I was very impressed and he left me some security tips too, thanks again.

the locksmith was prompt and dealt with the issue very quickly and professionally. The price was reasonable for getting the door open with damage.

Better than expected but I resent paying for losing my keys

Very tidy, very professional and good work attitude. He explained how to use the alarm, made sure I understood how to use the alarm and answered all questions. Very knowledgeable, did the work on a Saturday which was very convenient for me, and left after 6 pm. Cannot fault John at all, highly recommend using this individual and 100% satisfaction. Would use it again, have already recommended to the family to use him.
