I left the house and no sooner than I reached my car and realised that the door keys were inside the house. Also, the car key was inside...I was so angry...at myself of course. I called the locksmith and asked him to come asap. He arrived quickly and assured me that this happens to many people. He opened the door quickly and I was able to get the key.

The locksmith turned up when they said he would. He worked hard to resolve my problem in freezing conditions. Very friendly and polite and explained everything he was doing and why. I’m Well, pleased.

The locksmith came out yesterday to open the door for us on a bank holiday, I called two other companies who couldn’t come in less than 3hrs and the second by night, Pat arrived within an hour and was very polite.
